Duties:

To approach and encourage walk-in customers at branches to

• Lead and manage the team to create strong strategic relationships with business partners to ensure the successful introduction and growth of company products.
• Lead and manage the team to maintain ongoing processes with business partners to drive sales and provide account management.
• Lead and manage the team to work closely with business partners to facilitate and support all of the key activities necessary for successful product launches and marketing development programs.
• Lead and manage the team to keep developing new business partners to drive sales of company products.
• Work with related internal business functions to build strong business network and enhance the reputation of company products in industry.
• Responsible for leading and managing the team to ensure the smooth business operation and excellence.

• Take ownership of the commercial process from the site tour onwards until the final closing of the deal for our inbound leads.
• Efficiently and intelligently generate outbound interest through both inside and outside sales methods.
• Maintain quality data entry in CRM, ensuring accurate and up to date information on potential sales opportunities and notes based on latest status.
• Be well versed and knowledgeable on the company's value propositions, articulately explain and answer questions to opportunities
• Complete a high volume of daily site tours, follow-up communication through different channels and other meetings.
• Work closely with our Sales Development Representative team and Sales Manager to generate leads and close deals.

• Develops, implements and improves operational policies and procedures and operations strategies to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in all stores
• Communicate company’s vision and strategies with clear sales direction to the retail team, structure the retail organization and allocate responsibilities
• Formulate KPI, commission & incentive scheme and seasonal incentive scheme
• Achieve monthly and seasonal store KPIs, high customer capture rate, increases client base and sales revenue
• Maintain excellent customer service standard and sales performance 
• Review stock levels and assortments to maximize presentation and sales
• Control the retail expenses in line with yearly budget
• Compliance & process improvement management
• SOP development and implementation / Standardization across all retail network
• In store training and coaching

• Identify and approach relevant brands for sponsorship, build strategic partnerships
• Create media packs to drive sponsorship sales, prepare proposals including specific schedules & timelines
• Conduct presentation to Board level, Event Director, client and agency 
• Respond to client queries in a timely manner, ensure all schedules and marketing materials are produced timely and accurately, and the onsite setup is carried smoothly 
• Keep sponsors updated on any show activity that may affect them whether it would be in a positive or negative way and follow up accordingly
• Work with Delivery Team to ensure sponsors receive an after show report and press clippings on time 
• Actively engage with partners, clients, industry peers, associations, press and influencers
• Provide weekly pipeline report, ensure that the in-house databa

• Support to acquire ICT products maintenance services contracts and maintain customer relationship for assigned customer accounts
• Strive to win-back untapped service users to increase service revenue and market share of the Company
• Manage the service sales cycle from service selling to service contract completion
• Liaise with customers and internal counterparts to deliver the service contracts and payments
