• Lead and manage the team to create strong strategic relationships with business partners to ensure the successful introduction and growth of company products.
• Lead and manage the team to maintain ongoing processes with business partners to drive sales and provide account management.
• Lead and manage the team to work closely with business partners to facilitate and support all of the key activities necessary for successful product launches and marketing development programs.
• Lead and manage the team to keep developing new business partners to drive sales of company products.
• Work with related internal business functions to build strong business network and enhance the reputation of company products in industry.
• Responsible for leading and managing the team to ensure the smooth business operation and excellence.

• 10+ years’ experience in optical/lens industry with 8+ years in a commercial leader role.
• Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
• Proofed track record of building strong internal and external partnerships.
• Experience of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies and tactics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong team management ability.
• Strong planning and analysis skills.
• Fluent English & Chinese ability.

Bachelor's degree or above.
