• Manage all aspects of a portfolio of students’ university and/or boarding school applications by providing counseling and guidance through the full cycle of the admissions process
• Provide professional advice to students and their parents on the school's programs
• Mentor students and guide them to achieve their academic and personal goals
• Research and compile data on US/UK admissions
• Manage timeline and expectations of students and parents
• Review and provide detailed feedback for application essays
• Profile analysis and portfolio building based on examining the strengths and weaknesses of students

• Assist with trade show registrations, travel, marketing supplies, equipment, and signage.
• Managing inventory of marketing collateral and trade show properties.

• Conduct CDD of customer profile for onboarding Cross-Border Account Opening   
• Identify and verify KYC documents (FATCA & CRS) and customer statistic data.
• Review the AML name checking and Google Search result
• Engage with bank Mainland branches to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation within service level.

• Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution
• Work together with the Group finance team to address any inquiries or disputes relating to intercompany recharges
• Contribute to the Group cost reporting process, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and timely submission of required information

• Colleborate with Senior Technology manager who is operating out of HK, work on regulatory applications.
• Managing the applications that are hosted on these hardware platforms.
• Maintainence activities include OS upgrades, security patching, enhancements patching, and other network driven changes.
• Monitors the health of the hardware platforms and the applications hosted on them.
• Problem resolution must be organized and prioritized based on problem criticality and impact to the business.
• Evaluate alternatives and, utilizing all available resources, effect correct resolutions in the quickest and safest manners.

• Responsible for mobile application design and development on iOS/ Android
• Conduct business process analysis, requirement analysis and translate the requirement into system design specifications and determinate the possible solution in terms of system point of view
• Plan, execute and support the implementation activities including user acceptance test and pre-implementation trial, conducting user training, performing system installation, data conversion & cutover activities
• Conduct code reviews and lead team members to execute development tasks
• Define development standards and best practices across applications in software development and ensure software quality

• Day to day ticket system support (Support APAC) and Vendor management
• Manage helpdesk-reported technical problems, prioritize, track and provide timely workable solutions for end-users
• Monitor collaborative systems health, escalating issues to team head and work with them to provide solutions for identified issues 
• Formulate documentation for administrative knowledge base articles and end-user guides 
• Support live bidding event, maintain network, camera, sound system stability
• Support online bidding (sale related support, real time bidding) during peak season
• Travels might be required when necessary
