Senior Retail Operations Manager

Our clients is a multinational premier luxury and high-end fashion accessories company.

• Develops, implements and improves operational policies and procedures and operations strategies to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in all stores
• Communicate company’s vision and strategies with clear sales direction to the retail team, structure the retail organization and allocate responsibilities
• Formulate KPI, commission & incentive scheme and seasonal incentive scheme
• Achieve monthly and seasonal store KPIs, high customer capture rate, increases client base and sales revenue
• Maintain excellent customer service standard and sales performance 
• Review stock levels and assortments to maximize presentation and sales
• Control the retail expenses in line with yearly budget
• Compliance & process improvement management
• SOP development and implementation / Standardization across all retail network
• In store training and coaching

• 8 years or above retail management experience
• Passionate for retail, capable to work under pressure and embrace challenges with positive mindset, result oriented and able to deliver results
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast working environment and to meet high standards
• Numerical mindset, able to work per priority and targets, presenting ideas and driving the others via a problem-solving approach
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Regional Operations Manager

Bachelor's degree or above
