• Collaborate with business unit leaders to standardize HR practices, policies, and procedures across three business units
• Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in collaboration with department heads to support business objectives and drive employee engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design
• Partner with the HR team to deliver effective HR programs, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct regular meetings and consultations with department heads to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely HR support and solutions

•Perform operation activities contributing to Credit & Revenue Collection performance such as deposit, payment, refunds, aging, debt collections, negotiation with customer and bad debt monitoring. These may include but not limited to chasing up overdue payments via telephone and email, resolving customer queries and issues, managing the Days Sales Outstanding figure, prepare journal entries, assisting the month end, highlighting problem customers to management, and assessing company risks
