• Perform general administrative duties (e.g. maintaining the coffee machine clean and functional, handle mailing, maintain office supply, respond to calls...)
• Handle shipping documents and importation (e.g. create invoices and quotes to suppliers and logistics partiers)

• Support the cultivation and maintenance of harmonious employee relations by providing various HR services, including handling general employees’ inquiries and requests, handling industrial accidents/sickness cases, and organizing HR-related activities, etc.

• Responsible for full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, job advertisement posting and on/off boarding

• Work as a HR policy advocator to ensure to smooth implementation on policies and procedures

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to standardize HR practices, policies, and procedures across three business units
• Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in collaboration with department heads to support business objectives and drive employee engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design
• Partner with the HR team to deliver effective HR programs, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct regular meetings and consultations with department heads to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely HR support and solutions

• To handle incoming calls, operate switchboard and monitor voicemail system;

• To co-ordinate and monitor administration activities for the reception areas and conference rooms;

• To greet guests in a professional manner;

• To provide clerical and administration support to Finance and Administration Department; and

• To assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.
