My client is a fast-growing private wealth management company with offices in Guangzhou and Hong Kong, APAC regions. In order to cope with their expansion plan, they are currently looking for a young and vibrant Personal Assistant to support their APAC CEO. Details are as followed:


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the calendar, schedule, and appointment for the CEO
  • Deliver seamless support to the CEO for both personal and business matters
  • Support business development projects or campaigns from ideation to completion
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Finish ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in secretarial field
  • Occasionally business travel is required for this position
  • Detail-minded, corporate-presentable, with a can-do attitude is preferred
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
