Our client is a global business services organization, looking for Business Operations Administrator/Receptionist to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcome and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Provide general administrative support and handle customer enquiries
  • Coordinate department’s meeting schedule and booking of meeting rooms
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Perform ad-hoc duties

Experience

  • Diploma certificate or above
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience as a receptionist/customer service/administrative support
  • Presentable, cheerful, with good interpersonal skills and working attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Start in Jun 2024
  • Immediately available is an advantage
