• Provide administrative support and assistance to the HR Team, ranging from manpower planning, recruitment, staff onboarding and offboarding arrangement, training and development

• Administer various HR systems and programs, including but not limited to HR information systems, medical schemes, and provident fund scheme

• Support the cultivation and maintenance of harmonious employee relations by providing various HR services, including handling general employees’ inquiries and requests, handling industrial accidents/sickness cases, and organizing HR-related activities, etc.

• Compile HR-related statistics and reports

• Maintain an updated, efficient, and effective central filing system

• Provide support to ad hoc assignments/projects as and when required

You will be taking care of deals/transactional matters in the Investment Office. You will be the subject matter expert in facing top management and external professionals. You will drive and manage projects and ad hoc assignments.

• Oversees legal and compliance matters related to investment projects/deals, i.e. funds, private equity, venture capital, investments etc.

• Mitigate and monitor legal and regulatory risks

• Advise on legal and regulatory requirements

• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents related to investment

• Design and implement SOP

• Liaise with external professionals, i.e. counsels, tax, risk, compliance consultants

• Manage and maintain the calendar, schedule, and appointment for the CEO
• Deliver seamless support to the CEO for both personal and business matters
• Support business development projects or campaigns from ideation to completion
• Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Finish ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Create large scale, detailed project plan with dependencies, milestones, and key artifacts
• Manage work plan, tracking, and milestones
• Create and maintain management dashboards and summaries
• Communicate project management status to different stakeholders as required

Product Service Support 

• Undertake the related planning and delivery functions in preparation for Test Days
• Scan documents to monitor performance and identify issues 
• Support the materials handling, set up and day to day operations
• Sort and pack exam materials to and for designated test venues
• Ensure exam materials are received at Test Centre and stored securely 
• Reconcile exam materials and papers received, report and escalate any discrepancies

Customer support 

• Communicate with candidates and inform them with the proper information
• Receive and respond to enquiries from/to customers and may be a specific point of reference on queries relating to an area of nominated expertise or responsibility

Relationship & stakeholder management 

• Proactively work with Operations Manager to deliver satisfactory and timely resolution of cust

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of private & public investment opportunities spanning equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments, within different asset classes.
• Perform in-depth research, on-site due diligence and evaluation of potential investments based on their risk-return profiles, market trends, and financial performance.
• Prepare meticulous investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee, ensuring clear articulation of investment recommendations.
• Stay abreast of market developments, economic indicators, and regulatory changes, while providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on fund performance.
• Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives related to FO investment.

• Gather, analyze, and document current state business processes and technology architecture using a variety of methods
• Work with investment staff to design and document end-to-end business process and technology solutions that improve business processes, automate manual steps, increase efficiency, and lower operational risk
• Portfolio management, trading and investment operations areas will be a significant focus
• Develop detailed requirements and interface specifications using a variety of techniques
• Evaluate data requirements in support of the targeted business processes
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and success criteria
• Collaborate with technical, vendor, and business teams to coordinate system integrations, and user acceptance testing to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and appropriate manner
• Develop training materials and coordinate / conduct end-user training sessions

• Perform daily accounting duties in relation to Accounts Payable
• Handle payments and reconciliation and the related update in the accounting system (ACCPAC)
• Co-ordinate with internal and external vendors
• Assist in stock take activities
• Provide general clerical support and administrative duties
• Ad hoc assignments as required

• Provide recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments
• Manage foodservice, hospitality industries customers by growing sales; retaining accounts by providing service excellence; gaining new sales through new products and new customers
• Perform maintenance on warewashing, laundry and dispensing equipment and systems; leveraging this service to strengthen the customer relationship
• Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring that your customers’ facilities are fully operational, and teams are properly trained
• Provide on-site technical support to customers

To assist in coordination, support and implementation of various training and procurement activities and operation, which includes:

liaison with instructors and trainees, performance management, etc.;

training policy research, analysis, formulation, etc.;

administration and logistics supports to events;

and other clerical and administrative duties.
