Property Manager

Our client is a family business established in the early 2000s and specializes in property investment and management. The company consists of a stable team managing commercial, residential, and retail portfolios across Hong Kong.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of one of our high-grade penthouse units. You will manage all day-to-day property operations including inquiry handling from residents, manage property handover / takeover matters, and motivating the team to ensure the premises is in good condition.

• At least 6 years' experience managing residential properties. Candidates with team supervision experience are preferred.
• Hold a Chartered Institute of Housing or equivalent certification.
• Hold a tier 1 or 2 PMP license.
• Solid understanding of BMO and DMC.
• Open to shift work.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Strong customer service mindset with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Property Manager role.

University degree in Property Management or a related discipline
