Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for providing comprehensive property management at a grade A commercial building.
  • You will be the first point of contact with external partners to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective services in accordance with establishment requirements.
  • You will regularly conduct inspection of the commercial building, assisting in daily building and car park management duties.
  • You will supervise the property management team, leading them to provide excellent customer service.
  • You will work flexible working hours.

Experience

  • The candidate should have at least 1 year experience in managing large commercial buildings. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Supervisor role.
  • Candidates with experience managing shopping malls are preferred. Candidates with experience in office or residential buildings will also be considered.
  • Pleasant and proactive personality who is customer service oriented.
  • Interested to meet and talk to different kinds of people, is a good listener, and willing to tackle customers' requirements.
  • You are proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
