Leasing Assistant Manager (Retail)

Our client is a prestigious real estate development company with a grade-A shopping centre in the heart of Hong Kong focusing on giving their customers a unique shopping experience.

As an Assistant Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for all leasing matters at our grade-A shopping mall. Your role is responsible for all leasing activities including leasing strategy, new and existing lettings, market research, and budgeting.

• 6 or more years of retail leasing experience from grade-A shopping malls.
• Strong experience in preparing tenancy agreements, leasing letters, and fitting out are advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail landscape and upcoming global retail trends.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Capable of dealing with both external parties and internal stakeholders.
• Must be proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (speaking and writing).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Senior Officer role.
