Procurement Specialist (Automation / Machinery)

Our client is a global sourcing office with own brands for global distribution. Due to business expansion, they are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist (Automation/Machinery Components) to join their purchasing team in HK.

• Maintain existing suppliers across Asia including Taiwan and China to meet expectations and objectives set by the company
• Report to Head of Procurement and Sourcing, work closely with internal teams for other markets, including sales and quality team
• From design concept, product development, sourcing and merchandising, sampling, production till shipment ends, 360 project cycle 

• Diploma or degree holder in any disciplines  
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in procurement within automation / machinery components or parts
• Efficient, fast-paced and organized individual
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Travelling to supplier production for occasional visits is required
