• Assist in coordinating with various businesses to self-assess the current and target Procurement maturity level
• Assist in collaborating with various businesses to update the Improvement Plans to achieve the target maturity levels
• Support the data collection, data analytics and reporting for data related to various businesses’ Procurement maturity level
• Assist in advocating Sustainable Procurement champions including coordinating training, developing guidelines, tools, templates and methods to support the team’s capability building in Sustainable Procurement.
• Coordinate and support the tendering process to source and identify the best-fit third-party solution provider for supplier sustainability risk profiling and reporting
• Support related submissions for sustainability reporting and relevant investors’ surveys
• Support supplier data management for implementation
• Depending on the level of relevant experience and profile of the candidate, the candidate may be appointed as the Assistant Manager or Senior Specialist.
• University degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain related roles, with demonstrable knowledge and experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Sustainability field, preferable for candidates to demonstrate related work experiences on Sustainable Procurement
• Membership and/or qualification from a procurement professional body (e.g. CIPS, ISM, etc.) an advantage.
• Change advocate with strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese required; fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
