Sourcing Specialist (Canned / Fresh Food)

Our client is a global buying office with regional office in HK. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Sourcing Specialist (Canned /Fresh Food) for their sourcing team in Hong Kong.

• Handle sourcing, price negotiation, merchandising till production and sampling 
• Work closely with quality team, buyers from HQ internally, suppliers across Asia including China and South East Asia externally 
• Ensure whole purchasing process is smooth, liaise with supply chain team in on-time delivery 
• Factory visits occasionally for sampling inspection 
• All-rounded project management follow-ups 

• Diploma or degree holder in any discipline 
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in food sourcing / merchandising or product development from any global buying offices
• Efficient, fast-paced and organized individual
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
