Purchasing Officer

Our client is a global sourcing office with HQ overseas, they are looking for a Purchasing Officer (Electronic Components / Materials) for their material team in Hong Kong.

• Responsible for procurement process for raw materials which are used in electronic devices
• Work closely with internal quality team, R&D team, engineering team from HQ for purchasing process and forecast planning
• Handle sales terms and price negotiation with vendors in Southeast Asia as well as China factories 
• Arrange RFQ and tendering management, monthly report to procurement manager and HQ
• Monitor sourcing, merchandising, production process until shipment ends
• Responsible for customs declaration and delivery arrangement

• 3-5 years of purchasing experience in electronic components or raw materials is highly appreciated 
• Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline is required
• Energetic individual, willing to learn, passionate in being involved in all-rounded purchasing process
• Good communication in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Responsible, committed, and fast-paced
