Project Executive - Visitor Marketing

Our client is a dynamic trade show and media group in Asia Pacific, a pioneer and innovator in organizing exhibitions in the Mainland China and overseas. For many years millions of exhibitors, advertisers, buyers and end-users have benefited from our client's extensive year-round pre- and post-show support and her wealth of the extensive cross-industry database.

• Prepare all written communications including press release, newsletter and write-ups for external and internal communication materials.
• Develop all marketing collaterals and promotional materials
• Perform data enhancement through visitor’s promotion campaigns in local and overseas exhibitions/events
• Support the team for overseas VIP buyer’s recruitment for assigned exhibition
• Occasional travel is required
• Other ad hoc duties/projects as assigned by the management

• 3-5 years working experiences, preferably in PR, marketing communications / exhibitions / events management / media industry or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines, detail-minded, teamwork, multi-tasking
• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skill to meet the business needs
• Self-motivated, outgoing, attention to details, independent, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Hands on experience with desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe illustrator, Canvas

• Degree in PR / Journalism / Communications / Marketing or related disciplines
