Event Officer / Senior Event Officer - multinational FMCG

Our client is a dynamic, high-growth MNC in FMCG sector, manufacturing and selling natural health & wellness products.

• Establish work plans and schedules for each stage of the events assigned
• Organize and coordinate business trips, company outings, incentive trips, exhibition and events
• Source venue, arrange set-up, cooperate with internal colleagues and external vendors to make proper logistic arrangements
• Make recommendations on the events' budgetary and operational requirements, keep effective control of the overall costs
• Presentation and communication with guests during the event
• Do analytical and objective thinking to help to solve problems during the whole process of event organization
• Creativity to enrich the programs and activities

• Knowledge in Adobe software and video editing is a must
• 2 - 5 years solid experiences in event management and coordination
• Energetic, positive, proactive, willing to learn, honest and responsible
• Hands-on knowledge on MS applications and Chinese word processing

Degree holders with good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin.
