Our client is a leading global bank, their retail banking team is looking for a product owner to join their winning team. 


Responsibilities

  • Champion new omnichannel customer engagement strategies and retention approaches and collaborate with digital sales squads
  • Develop and maintain paid partnerships to enable personalized and relevant content delivery
  • Drive ongoing optimizations and A/B test strategies to improve our Digital touchpoints, communications and messaging e.g. in app banners, push notifications, eDMs etc.
  • Define KPIs and manages digital sales data, monitoring performance, Campaign & Sales reports, and Return on Marketing
  • Collaborate with the regional teams to implement learnings from APAC insights
  • Development of internal communications to make staff aware of digital deliveries

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in life cycle marketing from strategy, tool & processes to execution across the full funnel including acquisition, onboarding, deepening, and customer cross-sells
  • Previous experience in product/project ownership is advantageous
  • Experience in data verification, data dashboarding and full funnel digital analytics insights to drive areas of opportunities
  • Self-directed and with time management skills

Bachelor's degree
