• Responsible for planning and execution of retail shops display, in-store
merchandising and other visual materials.
• Collaborate with marketing team and retail operation team for production and
implementation of retail shops visual merchandise display for various promotion
materials, including key visuals, leaflets, print ads, posters, ePanels, web banners,
and POSM.
• Facilitate the selection process for POSM by coordinating with suppliers, evaluating
proposals, and making recommendations for approval.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations for POSM materials and seek
necessary approvals from management.
• Oversee the printing and production process, ensuring high-quality output and
adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support promotional activities by coordinating external communications, such as
advertising placements, and internal communications to ensure consistent
messaging acr
Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising or related disciplines;
• Proven experience in marketing support or a similar role, preferably in offline
channel management.
• Experience in multimedia design will be an advantage.
• Proficient in design applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Chinese Word
Processing.
• Good communication (written and spoken English and Cantonese) and interpersonal
skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with marketing materials printing and production processes.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
