Operations Officer (Insurance)(1 year contract)

Our client is a leading Insurance company and they are looking for Operations Officer to join their winning team.

• Process data and perform quality checking
• Provide customer service to clients and/or respond clients' verbal and written enquiries
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments or special projects

• 1 year of experience in Operations role
• Experience or sound knowledgeable in MPF and/or ORSO schemes administration is highly preferred
• A self-starter and good team player
• Able to meet tight timeline
• Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
