Our client is a leading Insurance company and they are looking for Data Entry Clerk to join their winning team.


Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administrative and clerical supports.
  •  Handle and maintain confidential information and documents.
  •  Maintain documentation records and filling system.
  •  To assist in daily operations and provide administrative support to the team.
  •  To perform quality checking to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  •  Manage distribution of Policy documents and correspondence
  •  Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Experience

  • Ability to work independently, mature and detail oriented.
  •  Knowledge in insurance products and operations is preferred
  •  Proficiency knowledge in PC application including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  •  Experience in data capture, admin work and quality checking are preferred
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, mandarin is a plus
