Our client is a renowned insurance company, they are looking for Customer Service Officer to join their winning team. 


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer and agency's enquires via inbound call, email and walk in
  • Provide effective post sales call to customers to follow up their customer journey

Experience

  • Knowledge of investment products and IIQE license 1,3,5 is advantageous
  • Good communication skill and customer service mindset

Education

Diploma in any discipline
