Our client is a reputable international educational institution. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant Manager to join their Hong Kong team.


Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries received in person, by mail, email, telephone, or social media on relevant aspects of the company’s activities in a friendly and professional manner
  • Able to lead and coach a team with 7 staff members and provide training for them 
  • Manage all front-of-house operations and events to the company’s standards and objectives
  • Handle customer’s registration and payment for all Exam transactions
  • Able to prepare Customer Service reports and monthly performance data for the Line Manager 
  • Effectively manage the performance of Customer Service Executives and assistants
  • Support internal and external events from the customer service angle



Experience

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the customer service



Education

  • Degree in any subject or qualification in a relevant field
