Our client is a reputable international educational institution. They are currently looking for a Customer Management Executive to join their Hong Kong team.


Responsibilities

  • Answer first-level inquiries received in person, by mail, email, telephone, or social media on relevant aspects of the company’s activities
  • Maintain effective and positive relationships with customers
  • Maintain and update all the customer’s details in the system accurately
  • Support test takers who want to register online at our premises
  • Meeting the agreed KPI’s in customer contact resolution
  • Provide accurate information on all services offered by the company and give customers the correct brochures, application, and registration forms



Experience

  • 1+ year of customer service working experience is preferred
  • Professional customer service attitude and communication skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates are welcome



Education

  • Diploma holder with a strong customer service mindset
