• Supporting partners and fee earners on administrative tasks
• Prepare all kinds of reports regarding expenses, monthly billing and client reports

You will be reporting to the Funds Partners and provide support to the Funds team. You will also participate in projects and ad hoc assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client enquiries via email and by phone and provide appropriate solutions

• Explain to clients regarding the process, procedures, cost and requirements around funds in Cantonese/Mandarin/English

• Draft and prepare agreements, minutes, resolutions, formation documents and a variety of paperwork to submit to various offshore Registry and Authorities

• Prepare legal opinions and comments

• Drafting letters and agreements

• Perform filing and administrative tasks

• Support in ad hoc projects and assignments

You will be reporting to the Department Head in Hong Kong and a Manager in the UK. Perform wide range of operational activities to ensure a smooth and effective daily workflow and BAU globally. You will also participate in projects and ad hoc assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Work in the Asia team of Support Hub to deliver shared services to different jurisdictions

• Promote operational efficiencies and service improvements

• Identify false records and filings, update accordingly

• Database and system maintenance, ensure all records and data are clean and accurate

• Perform administrative tasks according to the group’s standards and policies

• Uphold and promote best practices to improve and enhance the group’s service level

• Participate in digital transformation project

• Produce periodic reports

• Support in ad hoc projects and assignments
