Our client is a facilities company. They are looking for temporary receptionist to support temporary job in bank / corporate company.
Responsibilities
• To handle incoming calls, operate switchboard and monitor voicemail system;
• To co-ordinate and monitor administration activities for the reception areas and conference rooms;
• To greet guests in a professional manner;
• To provide clerical and administration support to Finance and Administration Department; and
• To assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Experience
• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, experience in receptionist / administration is definitely an advantage
• Good telephone manners and interpersonal skill;
• Proficiency is MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Presentable, good team work and conscientious person with a professional manner
