My client is a well-established travel retail MNC. They are dedicated in delivering premium solutions for clients. This position would be responsible for all-round HR functions, not limited to recruitment, employee engagement and office administration. 


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, job advertisement posting and on/off boarding
  • Assist in C&B administration, including monthly payroll, MPF enrollment and insurance management
  • Maintain employee records including leave records, personnel files, benefits enrolment, business cards, etc.
  • Work as a HR policy advocator to ensure to smooth implementation on policies and procedures
  • Plan & coordinate employee engagement events
  • Assisted in all rounded office administrative support, i.e., equipment maintenance, office supplies & housekeeping



Experience

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related discipline
  • 3-5 years HR and Administration working experience
  • Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance
  • A good team player with effective time-management is a plus
  • Excellent command on computer software usage, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
