Our client, a largest supermarket chain is the United Kingdom is looking for a Sales Coordinator/ Administrator to join their team.


Responsibilities


  • Support daily sales operations including preparation of sales quotations, orders & invoices, handle customers inquiries, etc.
  • Follow up delivery schedule, maintain sales order system & customers database, data input and document filing, etc.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports
  • Other ad-hoc excel data work



Experience


  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales administration / general administrative experience 
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel and Access etc
  • Detailed-minded and problem-solving skills
