Our client is a multinational food provider in the F&B industry, and is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties (e.g. maintaining the coffee machine clean and functional, handle mailing, maintain office supply, respond to calls...)
  • Handle shipping documents and importation (e.g. create invoices and quotes to suppliers and logistics partiers)
  • Data entry and update data for invoices into systems
  • Manage inventory movement and prepare sales and inventory reports
  • Support Accounts and Marketing Team for daily operations
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reimbursement
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Experience


Education

  • F.7 or above with at least 2-year experience in office setting
  • Previous experience of administrative tasks and/or sales & marketing will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English, Mandarin
  • Able to handle shipping documents, and arrange transportation independently
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in F&B/FMCG industry will be an advantage
  • Experience with Xero or other accounting systems would be a plus
  • Immediate availability is preferred
