Our client, a global footprint company, is looking for a Senior Project Executive (Event and partner integration) (contract/perm) to support their business development team.


Responsibilities

Project Planning:

  • Participate in the implementation of commercial proposals and the performance measurement e.g. P&L and margin report


Project Execution:

  • Interface between the client and the various areas e.g. events, digital and communication
  • Coordinate with various internal and external players and ensures that the project is on track
  • Accompany on the progress of the project, from the planning and execution
  • Work with the event managers to monitor the integration of partners
  • Participate in measuring customer satisfaction (deployment of tools/voice of the customer)

Experience

  • 2-4 years relevant experience in event management / Project coordination / Account management/B2B
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, independent with strong multi-tasking abilities 
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Chinese and English)

Education

  • Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above
