Senior Marketing Executive - Event & Networking

Our client is a dynamic trade show and media group in Asia Pacific, a pioneer and innovator in organizing exhibitions in the Mainland China and overseas. For many years millions of exhibitors, advertisers, buyers and end-users have benefited from our client's extensive year-round pre- and post-show support and her wealth of the extensive cross-industry database.

• Develop and enhance network with (new & existing) associations/ chambers/organizations in different countries through different online and offline channels
• Engage and coordinate target parties in visitor program
• Identify and coordinate potential joint promotion/cooperation opportunities with associations or events partners in selected countries
• Initiate, plan and execute networking events and marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Database enhancement and analysis
• To participate in occasional business trips when necessary 
• To perform other related duties as assigned by the Management

• At least 5 years working experience in marketing communications/ exhibitions/event management or related field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure 
• Mature and resourceful with strong organizing power and communication skills
• Experience in building/enhancing relationship with overseas associations and partners is a definite advantage
• Occasionally travel is necessary

• University graduate, major in Communications, Journalism or Marketing is preferable
