Senior Client Relations & Event executive

Our client is a prestige international luxury group, they are now looking for a high caliber to join the CRM team in Hong Kong. 



Job Responsibilities 

• Create a comprehensive calendar that outlines key events, activations, and campaigns throughout the year
• Develop and establish partnerships with landlords and business partners including private clubs, hotels, department stores and luxury brands
• Execute and implement client relations events and activities including product launches, in-store activation and off-site events
• Plan and manage the budget to maximize the ROI
• Maintain effective communication with regional, marketing, CRM and Client Relations team 
• Collaborate with production companies, agencies and vendors to facilitate the execution of the client actions strategy Responsible for the administration, logistics and necessary materials for events and activation
• Oversee for the administration, logistics and procurement of essential materials for events and activations

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related disciplines 
• Minimum 3 years experience in CRM, client development ,marketing or similar positions in luxury retail industry
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Interpersonal skills, able to partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
• High understanding of luxury environment & highly client oriented
• Proficient in MS Office, computer knowledge
• Good command of English and Mandarin
