Assistant Project Executive - Marketing Communications

A HK headquartered dynamic trade show and media group, a pioneer and innovative show organizer in organizing exhibitions in the mainland China and overseas. For many years millions of exhibitors, advertisers, buyers and end-users have benefited from our client's extensive year-round pre- and post-show support and her wealth of the extensive cross-industry database.

• Assist in different kinds of projects from planning to execution, e.g. events, video/animation, live stream, design.
• Provide support to marketing campaigns through ATL & BTL channels.
• Prepare promotion materials, eDMs, printed & online advertisements as well as reports.
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external parties to generate different marketing assets and ensure execution.
• Assist ad hoc project when required.

• Degree holder with at least 1 year solid experience in Marketing, preferably in advertising agency/exhibition industry, with digital marketing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese (incl. Putonghua).
• Mature, pro-active, self-motivated, well organized and detail-oriented.
• A team player with good communication skills and able to work under multitasking environment.
• Basic knowledge of producing eDM, artwork editing and promotion via Social Media are preferable.
• Occasional mainland China trips are required.
• Less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator.
