Global Head of Product Management

Out client is a leading aviation company specializing in advanced technology solutions and services for the aerospace industry worldwide.

• Partner with leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop global product strategy through research and analytics.
• Communicate plans, data, and results to leadership.
• Own and align global go-to-market strategy and value proposition.
• Lead go-to-market execution with the Product Management Team.
• Collaborate with Business Development for successful product integration.
• Foster supplier relationships for reliable sourcing and business objectives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the global Product Management Team.
• Translate complex challenges into structured requirements.
• Understand customer needs and market dynamics.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer.
• Set goals, measure success, manage priorities, and make tradeoffs for product development.

• Self-starter, Problem solver and relationship-builder
• Excellent communication skills, Excellent in English, Mandarin a plus
• Data-driven – who is relentless about digging into the data to discover insights and understand not just “what” the data tells but the “why” behind the numbers
• Ability to balance and align varying interests of stakeholders
• Ability to work in an international context
• Knowledge about the Product Line Management discipline.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed profitability targets consistently
• Strong business acumen
• High degree of aviation business understanding specifically in the area of spares support, supply chain management, maintenance, understanding of support obligations from aircraft purchase agreements
• Occasional Business Trip required

• Bachelor Degree, with 10+ years of work experience in supplier / product management
