Director - Factory Operations (Garment)

Our client is a global garment manufacturer with operations across the globe, including Europe, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and China, with own production sites across South-East Asia and China. 

Due to business expansion, they are looking for an experienced Director – Factory Operations who can oversee factory operations and improve production efficiency.

• Ensure efficient operations and overall production process and development
• In charge of woven or knit production technique, quality management, ID and production management and delivery 
• Manage factory operation size of 1000+ staff, leading factory manager, supervisors, technicians and production staff
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing Department Head on product innovation solutions to meet global JP and EU fashion retail clients and agencies’ requirements and quality standards 
• Improve production process efficiency, factory auditing and compliance 
• Work closely with shareholders on P&L, share updates on general reports and KPI of various teams
• 
  

  Experience

  • Diploma holder or above with any disciplines, textile subject is highly desired
  • At least 15 years of experience from garment production background, 5 years in factory management
  • Strong in woven or knit garment technology, quality, IE and general management 
  • Good leadership skills, problem solving skills and good communication skills
