Our client is a well-known tech corporation in Hong Kong, they are looking for an IT Technical Support with experience in Global/APAC support to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Day to day ticket system support (Support APAC) and Vendor management
  • Manage helpdesk-reported technical problems, prioritize, track and provide timely workable solutions for end-users
  • Monitor collaborative systems health, escalating issues to team head and work with them to provide solutions for identified issues 
  • Formulate documentation for administrative knowledge base articles and end-user guides 
  • Support live bidding event, maintain network, camera, sound system stability
  • Support online bidding (sale related support, real time bidding) during peak season
  • Travels might be required when necessary 

Experience

  • 8+ years of related experience 
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience and knowledge in M365 and O365 products
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English 
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic on-site support environment

Education

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related disciplines
