Application Program Consultant

Our client is a leading investment bank who get coverage over the globe. To cope with their expansion, they are looking for an Application Program Consultant for their team.

• Colleborate with Senior Technology manager who is operating out of HK, work on regulatory applications.
• Managing the applications that are hosted on these hardware platforms.
• Maintainence activities include OS upgrades, security patching, enhancements patching, and other network driven changes.
• Monitors the health of the hardware platforms and the applications hosted on them.
• Problem resolution must be organized and prioritized based on problem criticality and impact to the business.
• Evaluate alternatives and, utilizing all available resources, effect correct resolutions in the quickest and safest manners.

• 4-8 years of industry experience with application/ deskside support in complex and large organizations
• Mandarin and English speaking is a must.
• Experience designing and engineering technology, in particular involvement with application infrastructure and tools/technologies : Java, .NET, Citrix, WebLogic, Tomcat, Oracle EXADATA, SQL Server, Windows, Networking configurations
• Experience leading a technical subject area within a significant transformation program through to successful delivery
• Experience on proactively driving the definition of infrastructure architecture and enterprise-level architectures, the roadmaps and programs to deliver them
• Experience in supporting project delivery involving both in-house and third-party design, development, testing and project management
• Good understanding and experience with building, integrating and deploying enterprise applications
