Technical Services Engineer

Our client is a French-based company that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of automatic control systems for homes and buildings, they're currently seeking capable candidate to join their team. This position is responsible for providing technical expertise in the pre and post sales cycle

• Provides technical expertise to sales reps, key accounts, and retailers during sales process
• Offers technical input for bid proposals, projects, and documents; identifies sales opportunities
• Performs technical sales support at customer sites and collaborates with sales teams
• Provides post-sale technical support for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Advises customers on product maintenance and configuration adjustments
• Responds to customer questions and provides product and technical training
• Responsible for new product application and testing
• Prepares technical documentation for presales, sales, and after-sales.

• At least 3 years’ working experience in Engineering industry for technical services & support, preferably with experience in after-sales handling/management, and related in the field of motor business.
• Prefer with University graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related disciplines but not a must.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic products.
• Local language is a must. Fluent in spoken and written English is essential.
