Technical Service Engineer - Medical Device

Our client is a global medical device manufacturer with HQ overseas, with innovative medical technologies for over 40 years in history, they are looking for an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join their team in HK due to business expansion.

• Work with sales team on business plan execution to meet the timeline
• Liaise with suppliers and communicate with team members on project delivery to ensure on-time scheduling 
• Work closely with supply chain on stock inventory is all replenished such as spare parts, tooling accessories and medical equipment, maintaining all documentation procedure is smooth and up to the standards 
• Perform device installation, prevention and maintenance for internal and field technical support to meet customer service standards
• Provide training for customers in terms of in-service instruction
• Ad-hoc projects as needed and travelling within HK market only

• Diploma or degree holder in any disciplines  
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in technical service engineering within medical device equipment 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and or other system knowledge 
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills and ability.
• Excellent in communication skills and with great team spirit
