Our client is a leading Chinese bank and they are looking for Bank Hall Ambassador to join their winning team.

• Handle general enquiries / complaints and resolve issues; drive fast and accurate transaction processing to serve customers in accordance with standard procedures 提供優質客戶服務予到訪分行的客人
• Promote and cross-sell general banking products and e-banking platform and services 介紹銀行一般產品及服務
• Promote and drive the usage of e-Banking and digital channel 介紹ebanking+銀行電子服務

• 1 year relevant sales and customer service experience is preferred 一年銷售或客服經驗

• 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics HKCEE/HKDSE 5科及格
• Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate in English and Mandarin 流利廣東話，一般溝通程度的英語及普通話
