• Manage day-to-day tasks related to accounts payable.
• Provide assistance with general ledger and accounts receivable functions.
• Verify and review staff travel, expenses, and petty cash claims.
• Update bank registers and perform bank reconciliation.
• Verify customer invoices and receipts.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval records are obtained for Boutique discounts.
• Maintain the fixed assets registry.
• Issue credit notes and inter-company debit notes.
• Conduct quarterly and annual counts of stock, cash, and fixed assets.
• Support annual return and statutory filing tasks as assigned.
• Prepare account reconciliations, sub-ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting packages for month-end and quarterly periods.
• Perform analytical review reporting for general ledger accounts.
• Assist with departmental projects and handle ad hoc requests from the supervisor.

• To provide support for projects under Government funding programme that encourages enterprises to implement projects to enhance branding, upgrading and business activities in the Mainland, economies with Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Hong Kong and other relevant economies
• To provide support services such as conducting credit research and company search on the grantees, chasing for overdue reports, pre-change request supports, pre-agreement signing supports, preparation on oversea onsite checks and paying visits to the grantees’ local entities in Hong Kong for ascertaining whether they are in operation.

• Assist in Bookkeeping, AP/AR, Bank reconciliation
