Our client is a leading energy company. They are looking for an Office Assistant to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Handle daily outdoor document delivery
  • Conduct mailroom duties, e.g. mail distribution and record-keeping
  • Escort guest to the meeting room
  • Provide help in office / meeting room set up
  • Perform basic administrative duties, e.g. data entry and filing



Experience

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 year or more relevant working experience is preferred
  • Familiar with basic computer operation (Microsoft Office word and excel)
  • Willing to learn, hardworking and self-motivated 
  • Good communication and organizational skills
