Duties:

To approach and encourage walk-in customers at branches to

2. Help activate and introduce apps function

在指定位置集合，跟車派件 (荃灣、葵青區)

負責包裝生活用品,如有包裝經驗會優先考慮, 必需穿著安全鞋

工作內容: 

-替客人沖茶﹑咖啡﹑清潔客人飲用完水杯。

-協助廚房師傅清洗煮食用具及客人用膳後碗筷。

• Maintain the existing solutions to expand team's flow platform capabilities
• Design new tools for pricing, trade execution, booking and workflow
• Migrate critical ones to more strategic and robust solutions
• Coordinate with quant, trading, middle office, and sales teams on various subjects
• Coordinate with technology teams on systems integrations and migrations
• Test, validate, document, and communicate changes

• Provide general administrative support to different functions of the Council
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Provide accounting duties & general administrative support to the Accounting Team
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Independently manage a portfolio of new Agency & Trust (A&T) transactions, and handle the onboarding work, including the coordination of KYC and account opening (cash or custody accounts) before deal closing
• Work with internal teams to set up electronic banking access for clients
• Handle sanction or non-sanction related name screening work
• Follow up with RM/other stakeholders to complete deferred KYC or KYC renewal

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
