• Provide professional and efficient customer services to corporate banking/retail banking clients
• Handle enquiries and establish or maintain good relationship with clients
• Handle administrative tasks to smoothen the daily operation

• Deliver high quality AML/KYC services and support to Front Office and clients
• Preparation and documentation of High Risk Customers Review, Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR), Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
• Communicate closely with Legal & Compliance, Operation, Front Office in strict and timely adherence and adoption to new policy or policy changes

- Serve visitors by registration, greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately

- Coordinate the 1-on-1 meeting and assist guest on using kiosk

- Responsible for crowd control, incidents handling, etc.

- Provide high-quality services to the guests

- Provide support to conference events or activities as required
