Sales Service Coordinator (After-Sales Parts & Service Division)

Our client is one of the largest motorcycle brand in the world, headquarter based in Japan. They are looking for a potential Sales Coordinator.

• Coordinate warranty & trouble report and replacement parts shipping document
• Meeting with the factories in China, US, Japan and some customers in overseas
• Import & Export Spare Parts between China, US, Japan and some customers in overseas
• Order taking/shipping arrangement, making shipping document and quotation
• Coordinate each party’s request in between factory and customer the shipping arrangement in between manufacturer and customer
• Coordinate with shipping company and forwarder
• In charge of some projects and coordinate / negotiate with the related parties to improve the operation
• Aim to reach the sales budget, follow up the status of actual sales against budget & check the reason, report to AM & Manager weekly & monthly.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

• Good communication skill, Cheerful & willing to learn with can-do attitude, Deadline sensitive.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience negotiate and coordinate inquiry, doing order taking/shipping arrangement 
• Working in trading company (knowing both import & export trade) or handling spare parts business preferable
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin; Japanese will be preferable but not a must. 
• Hands-on MS Office applications knowledge

• HKDSE or above (Degree Fresh Graduate acceptable)
