QA Supervisor

My client is a industry-leading FMCG company providing retail and wholesaling services.

• Planning and implementing R&D and QA activities to ensure products and packaging materials are safe and compliance with of relevant fruits regulations and requirements
• Planning, implementing and maintaining fruits safety management systems and certifications
• Conducting audits and inspections to suppliers, management systems and products
• Providing inputs to products and packaging materials for compliance
• Assisting in renovation of fruits production premises
• Coaching and supervising the QA team in R&D and QA duties
• Handling complaints and troubleshooting quality issues of products
• Coordinating products’ registration
• Supporting purchasing of equipment and materials for production and QA activities
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and other dutie

• Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Safety & Technology, Applied Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid quality assurance experience within a fruit manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of local and overseas’ fruits regulations and requirements
• Well-organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed to support complex operations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
