Logistics Officer

Our client is a European company focusing in fabric materials for global distribution. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Logistics Officer to join the team.

• Handle import & export shipments, work closely with customers, forwarders and factories in Asia
• Independently handle shipment documents and invoices 
• Assisting Logistics Manager in coordinating with vessels arrangement and meeting deadlines
• Monitor shipments in cooperation with internal merchandising team and external vendors including handling shipping liners, suppliers and clients
• Attending all documentations until release of cargos
• Checking all types of commercial invoices including buyer sales, supplier invoices etc
• Prepare proper forecasting to drive for continuous improvement
• Provide professional logistic advice to merchandising team

• Diploma or degree holder in any discipline is considered 
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience, familiar with handling sea freight and shipping documents 
• Efficient, fast-paced and organized individual
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
