Production Supervisor - Food

Our client is one of the reputable F&B companies with own brands across frozen food, confectionary and bakery items. They are looking for a Production Supervisor for the production plant in Hong Kong.

• Work with a team as supervisor, supporting the Head of Factory to develop new production implementation and innovation in enhancing production efficiency and quality maintenance 
• Manage production scheduling, food production, waste control and stock inventory management 
• Monitor production operation performance and achieve company standards 
• Ensure food safety and health standards which met compliance regulations 
• Maintain food quality standard such as ISO22000 and HACCP 
• Prepare production planning and staff allocation, raw material production capacity to ensure on-time delivery

• At least 5+ years of experience within production site in F&B industry  
• Knowledge on food safety system is desired 
• Hands-on experience in managing production process and lead a sizable team
• Proactive, efficient and open-minded individual is highly desired
