Our client is a leading food and beverage manufacturer and distributor in Hong Kong. They are looking for a driven Head of Off-Premise to focus on their key channel development strategies.


Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and trade strategies for off-trade channels (such as Key accounts, General Trade & Wholesalers) that align with business requirements and customer vision.
  • Lead off-trade sales teams to achieve agreed-upon business targets and KPIs, including daily pricing, account activities planning, negotiations, implementation, as well as account planning and trading terms.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through collaborative efforts, including joint business planning and active engagement with key customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) and brand principles to ensure alignment of channel and shopper strategies, as well as effective implementation in the market.
  • Prepare regular business reviews and presentations for customers.
  • Manage., coach and drive a team of managers across different teams


Job Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in comprehensive sales management in the FMCG industry, managing multiple brands in off-trade, with a preference for experience in the beverage sector.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in achieving business KPIs, particularly in driving top and bottom-line results.
  • Possess a result-oriented and commercially-savvy mindset, with direct experience in managing major key accounts and general trade in Hong Kong.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and thought leadership, with strong leadership skills, a data-driven approach, and agility.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Excellent number-sensitivity and attention to detail.
